Leaders of School of Humanities and Law visited Zhuhai alumni

To promote the establishment of the Zhuhai Alumni Association, on theafternoon of October 11, 2019, Zhang Hui, Party Secretary of theSchool of Humanities and Law, Deputy Secretary Xiao Hua, andcounselors went to the People ’s Government of Nanping Town,Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City to visit our graduate alumniChuanlou. Representatives of some alumni of Zhuhai City attended thissymposium.

Li Chuanlou currently serves as the deputy secretary of the townshipcommittee of Nanping Town in Xiangzhou District. During thediscussion, he warmly welcomed the arrival of Zhang Hui and hisentourage and introduced the current work situation and the growthexperience of thought and life. Zhang Hui first introduced thedevelopment of the college alumni association to the alumni. Atpresent, the alumni association has been established in Shenzhen,Foshan, Zhanjiang, Jiangmen and other places; secondly, the alumniwere informed about the development of Zhuhai alumni and Theperformance on the job was encouraged and affirmed, and I hope theywill continue to move forward without forgetting their originalintentions.

Afterwards, Li Chuanlou led everyone to visit the Yang Paoan Exhibition Hall inBeishan Village, Nanping Town. Yang Paoan was the earliest pioneer ofthe spread of Marxism in China. He published "The Doctrine ofthe World", which contains a detailed elaboration on Marxism,called "Capital "On" is a socialist scripture. In thisparty, everyone approached the Red Culture Lecture, looked at therevolutionary martyrs, and accepted the baptism of ideas.

Finally, Zhang Hui expressed the hope that the Zhuhai Alumni Association willbe established as soon as possible to promote and develop eachother's work with the college's alumni, creating a broader and moremature alumni platform. At the same time, alumni are also invited togather at their alma mater and participate in the school ’s 110thanniversary to witness the change and development of the school.
